The Multicultural Leadership Program/Institute is seeking an Executive Director (ED) who will be responsible for leading the overall strategic direction and operation of the Multicultural Leadership Program/(MCLP). The ED oversees all staff, programs and expansion, and ensures alignment with MCLP’s mission of developing leaders who embrace inclusion and lead to serve. We are seeking applicants with proven non-profit leadership, fundraising and organizational management experience, who would relish the opportunity to advance this premier leadership benefiting participants, corporate and non-profit partners and the community at large.
