The Multicultural Leadership Program is a local nonprofit that conducts one leadership development cohort each year from July through March. Participants must be 21 or older, live or work in McLean County, and either currently serve in a leadership role, or show high potential for leadership. Throughout the program, participants meet at least bi-monthly to learn leadership skills in addition to leading hands-on projects for local nonprofits.
