About MCLP

Servant Leadership principles and community emphasis lead to personal transformations during each leader’s journey through the class. We provide a transformative experience and a circle of support to diverse individuals with the passion and leadership potential to transform their lives and their communities. MCLP informs, prepares, and equips them to meet the needs of our community today.

The twice-monthly sessions challenge participants to become more self-aware, grow as leaders, develop authentic relationships, and embrace their diverse experiences and appreciation for others. They also cultivate support networks to bring their ideas and passions to life. The Institute and MCLP provide our participants with the highest-quality personal and professional growth opportunities in the Central Illinois, Atlanta Georgia, and Dallas Texas Metro Areas. Since 2009, MCLP has partnered with over sixty local nonprofits on capacity-building projects and empowered hundreds of alumni leaders.
